FAMILY REUNION UPDATE

Dear Cousins (descendents of Abraham Moritz Radlauer & Dorothea Unger Radlauer),
We would like everyone to know that due to economic times we have reworked the weekend events and are now able to reduce the costs to everyone.
The three core events (covered by your registration fee) have remained unchanged:
- Friday Night Open House: casual dinner, ping pong, billiards, swimming, music
- Sunday Brunch at Les Jardins Clubhouse (Boca Raton)
- Saturday Night Dinner & Festivities @ Benvenuto (Boynton Beach)
The new and final pricing is $125 per adult, $100 for pre-teens and teenagers, $75 for children 10 and under who order from the children’s menu Saturday evening (instead of the adult one) and $25 for infants not ordering food.
After renegotiating prices of rooms at the Hampton Inn on Yamato Road in Boca Raton (561-988-0200) we can offer regular rooms (2 doubles) at the discounted rate of $109 plus tax per night and a larger king suite which has a king bed, a 3/4 wall divider and a sofa bed at $129 plus tax. The rates include breakfast and high speed internet. The rooms will be held for our group through December 1st. This newly renovated, upscale Hampton Inn has a heated pool, and is located next door to the Boca Raton Lifetime Fitness Athletic Club. Lifetime Fitness currently offers a special daily rate of about $10 per day for hotel guests. (http://www.lifetimefitness.com)
PLEASE complete and return the attached form along with a deposit check ($75 per adult, $50 per child & teen, and $25 per infant — payable to Sherrie Frieling) by the end of October. Final payment is due December 1st.
There are still great airfares available for our weekend but we don’t know how long they will last. Please arrange for transportation and accommodations as soon as possible

Please note the name(s) of the people in each photo. We prefer one photo/person but we can crop individual faces out of photos if necessary.
Whether or not you are attending, we would like input for our power point presentation of our family history. Please have one person from your branch collect stories, documents and photos that can be presented.
